Site Accessibility
This site was designed with accessibility in mind. Despite the large amount of JavaScript used
on each page, the entire site has been designed so that it is highly accessible. For example,
each option in the main menu has pop-up menus but the menu selections also act alone as links
to subsequent pages that contain a complete set of links to the pages available via the
associated pop-up menu. In addition, invisible links are provided to allow users to skip repetitive
navigation links and move directly to the content section of the page. A
sitemap is also available.
The pages in this site use tables for page layout so that all browsers display the page
layout correctly. Cascading style sheets (CSS)
are used in order to facilitate changes in visual aspects of site text, images, links, and tables.
A great deal of care has been taken in the design of the CSS aspects of this site to ensure that those
browsers that do not support CSS (or various aspects of it) also display the page correctly.
An additional JavaScript is used to select a secondary style sheet for various browers (such
as Netscape Navigator 4) that traditionally have problems interpreting CSS.
If you have any questions or problems accessing this page, please feel free to contact the
webmaster with your concerns.
